TO ALL MEMBERS OF LOMPASAGO REGULATED NON-WDT SACCO SOCIETY LTD.
NOTICE OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING.
Notice is hereby given that there will be an Annual General Meeting for all members on Sunday 26th March, 2023 starting at 9.00 A.M. The meeting will be held inside City Stadium, off Jogoo Road and the following matters will be discussed:
- Reading and confirmation of the 41st AGM minutes held on 3rd April, 2022.
- Matters arising from the minutes.
- To receive and adopt the Chairman’s report.
- Presentation of the Treasurer’s report and the 2024 fiscal year
- Presentation and adoption of the Auditor’s report and the financial statements for the year ended 31st Dec, 2022.
- To receive the Supervisory Committee report for the year ended 31st Dec, 2022
- To pass and note resolutions.
- To transact any other business of an AGM.
NB: (i)AII reps are requested to forward to the office a list of apologies for their members who will not attend the AGM on or before 22nd March 2023 .Late apologies will not be accepted.
(ii)Registration during the AGM day will start at 8.00A.M and end at 9.30 A.M.
(iii) Remember to carry your identification document (IDENTITY CARD) in order for you to be allowed into the meeting. NB: Dormant members will not be allowed to attend the meeting.
