NOTICE OF REPRESENTATIVES AGM ORIENTATION MEETING.

Notice is hereby given that there will be an AGM Orientation meeting for all representatives on Sunday 19^th March 2023 starting at 9a.m. in preparation for our 42^nd Annual General Meeting.

The meeting will be held at The Jomo-Kenyatta Foundation Hall, Enterprise road.

The agenda will be to receive various reports for discussion.

NB:      (i) All reps are requested to forward to the office a list of apologies for

their members who will not attend the AGM on or before Wednesday 22nd March 2023 .Late apologies will not be accepted.

• Registration during the AGM day will start at 8.00am and end at 09.30 a.m.
• Please remind all members to carry their identification document (National ID) and note that dormant members will not be allowed into the meeting.

Please be punctual.
